100 Mile Food Challenge!

The Hinterland Business Centre is taking applications NOW for places in the program so please call us, email us, send us a post on Facebook.

The program should be of interest to individuals and businesses who are passionate about food – food production and distribution, food creation and food consumption.  There were approximately 45 people who turned up to our information session at the end of last year and we know there is a significant amount of interest out there, but we need your commitment to the program so that we can get started.

(This is part of a broader scheme called Eco-Biz which is operated by the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM), which hopes to reduce the carbon footprint of a buiness by measuring the usage of Water and Energy and the disposal of waste materials)
